How the program works:

At Lively Drayton Mills, we value the people who make Spartanburg a great place to live and work. Our Workforce Housing Program offers affordable, modern apartment homes for households earning 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Designed for individuals, couples, and families at a variety of income levels, providing an incredible opportunity for prospects to live in our community at an affordable rent. Prospective tenants must provide proof of income in order to qualify for a Workforce apartment.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Eligibility is based on total household income and household size.
  • Income must fall within the range defined by the program.
  • Proof of income and household size is required during application process.

  • The program is limited to a select number of apartments and floorplan types. Contact the leasing office for current availability.
  • Rental rates shown on the Floorplans page are market rates only and do not reflect the adjusted rate under the Workforce Housing Program.
  • Final eligibility and program pricing are determined during application review.

  • Four most recent paystubs or offer letter.
  • Federal Income Taxes filed with the IRS for every household member over 18 years old for the last two years.

$200 up to first month's rent
